Mr or Ms Tenant, if youve received an invite to download this app, you know that your landlord is using our RentingSmart landlord software.

In short, we help your landlord keep YOUR home running.

Theyve likely been using our software to track your lease, rent payments, expenses and more. You know, stay organised.

... and NOW, we now have an iPhone app so that you, the tenant, can notify your landlord of any issues!

Is the Toiket leaking?

***Simply log in, take a photo, fill in a few details and your landlord will be notified. Its that easy. You can then track the progess through the app too.***

***Cant remember if youre up to date with rent payments? We have that information in the app too.***
